Can I start with a sample?
Tell us the model and destination. We’ll confirm sample availability, pricing and shipping arrangements before you order.
What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ depends on the product and customization required. Include your estimated quantity so we can review the appropriate option.
Can I customize the appearance or use my own brand?
For eligible models, we can discuss logo, colors and packaging. A new housing design, material or mounting structure requires a separate feasibility review, tooling quotation and sample approval. Partner-brand products may have different conditions.
Can you support our app or platform?
Share your integration requirements, current platform and intended workflow. Technical feasibility and any development scope need to be confirmed for the selected model.
How long will a project take?
Timing depends on sample requirements, customization, quantity and production planning. We’ll discuss the schedule after reviewing your brief.
What should I include in my first message?
The product or category, target country, estimated quantity and customization goals are a useful start. If you are still exploring, tell us your intended use and sales channel.
