These standards apply across Review Crew, Creators & Ambassadors and the Affiliate Program. Program-specific terms can add requirements, but they do not replace these principles.
If you receive a free or loaned product, payment, commission, discount, travel, gift or another benefit connected to VerdantTrace, disclose that relationship clearly wherever you publish relevant content. Disclosures should be easy to notice and understand.
VerdantTrace does not require positive reviews, fixed star ratings or praise in exchange for testing access, gifted products, payment or affiliate participation. Real limitations, setup friction and product-fit concerns are useful information.
Use current, confirmed information for model names, tracking technology, connectivity, SIM or subscription requirements, coverage, battery statements, waterproof ratings, compatibility, app functions and other product capabilities. Do not present assumptions or unsupported claims as facts.
Product shape, ports, screens, buttons, collars, mounting direction and fitting should match the real product and approved instructions. Do not alter a device in a way that creates a feature, attachment or wearing method that does not exist.
AI can support ideation, generation, editing and localization, but it must not distort the product, invent functions, create unsafe use, fabricate customer experience or imply a real-world test that did not happen.
Content should follow reasonable pet-safety practices and product instructions. Do not stage escape, distress, dangerous restraint or other risky situations solely to create dramatic content.
Creators and testers keep their rights unless a specific agreement says otherwise. Any paid usage, advertising usage, whitelisting, editing, reposting or extended licensing should be confirmed before that use begins.
Do not publish passwords, account credentials, private addresses, precise home locations, SIM details, private customer information or other sensitive data. Remove unnecessary personal information from screenshots and recordings.
Review Crew testing, creator compensation and affiliate commission are separate relationships. Participation in one program does not automatically create entitlement to the others.
VerdantTrace may pause or end participation for misleading claims, undisclosed commercial relationships, repeated product misrepresentation, spam, fraud, unsafe content or other conduct that conflicts with the agreed program terms.
REVIEW CREW
Complete the agreed real-world mission, report problems as well as strengths, use the assigned product and configuration, and do not present a structured test as an independent purchase if the product was supplied by VerdantTrace.
CREATORS & AMBASSADORS
Deliverables, deadlines, platform, usage rights, payment and product access should be confirmed before work begins. Sponsored content should follow the disclosure requirements that apply in the creator’s market and platform.
AFFILIATE PROGRAM
Use approved tracking, disclose affiliate relationships, avoid fake scarcity or fabricated reviews, do not spam, and do not impersonate VerdantTrace. Brand-keyword paid search or other restricted promotion methods require written approval.
These standards are the common operating baseline, not a complete commercial contract. Batch-specific testing rules, creator briefs and affiliate commission or payout terms are confirmed separately before participation becomes active.
OTHER WAYS TO PARTNER
Testing, content, sales and business partnerships are managed separately. The same person or organization may qualify for more than one path.
