1. Your own SIM
Use a compatible SIM from a mainstream local carrier. Mobile data charges apply even when there is no platform subscription. Check SMS and voice allowances for supported features.

Confirm the regional version and bands. VT12 / VT15 need compatible 2G service; VTG3 / VTH1 need LTE-M / NB-IoT service. A regular 4G SIM is not automatically compatible.
2. Built-in service
Service package required; an included period depends on the model.

3. Finders without SIM
No tracker cellular plan.
Model details
VT22: select the Apple Find My / Google Find Hub version for your phone. VT26: Apple Find My only. VT23: FindTag. These are not independent cellular GPS trackers; remote updates depend on participating devices. Phone internet and replacement batteries are separate costs.
4. Cameras & storage
Internet costs depend on the version; supported cloud storage is optional.
Model details
- VTA1: Local memory-card recording, without an app. Buy a compatible card if your bundle does not include one. No GPS tracking or remote live streaming.
- VT11: Uses 2.4GHz Wi-Fi and your home internet. Optional cloud storage may require payment.
- VTCR-01: Confirm the Wi-Fi or 4G version and its SIM/data arrangement before buying a plan.
- VTCR-02: Local TF storage or an optional cloud plan through SriHome. Check the options for your unit.

Pay the carrier or designated service provider through its official route. Check the total charge, currency, service period, included trial and automatic renewal. Current activation/renewal terms apply; a monthly equivalent is not necessarily a monthly payment.
