The VerdantTrace FetchLink C10 is a smart pet collar designed for medium and large dogs. It combines GPS positioning, electronic fence alerts, real-time video, voice intercom, training support, and activity insights in one connected collar.
With the CompanionEye app, we can check our dog’s location, view live video, set safe activity areas, receive alerts, use voice communication, and support training routines from our phone.

GPS Positioning & Electronic Fence

C10 helps us understand where our dog is and set safer activity areas through the app.
The electronic fence function allows us to create a custom boundary on the map. When our dog enters or leaves the selected area, the collar can trigger warning actions and the app can provide related alerts based on our settings.
This gives us more awareness when our dog moves beyond the expected area, without needing to build a physical fence.

Built-In Camera & Real-Time Video

C10 includes a built-in camera that allows us to check the environment from our dog’s perspective.

How to Use FetchLink C10 User Manual

Before first use, fully charge the device and make sure the battery level is sufficient. For binding, we recommend keeping the device battery above 50%.
Download the CompanionEye app and allow the required phone permissions, including storage, camera, microphone, location, and notifications. During device binding, keep the phone and collar close together, preferably within 1 meter.
When fitting the collar, leave about a 2–3 finger gap between the collar and the dog’s neck. Check the fit regularly to avoid discomfort, especially during long wear.
C10 is a smart collar, camera collar, and training support device. Do not use it as a leash-pulling collar. For walking or strong pulling, use a separate leash collar or harness.
The collar is rated IP66, suitable for dust, rain, and splashes. It is not designed for swimming, bathing, or full water immersion.
