The C10 delivers meter-level location accuracy. Open the Waskame app to draw unlimited virtual fences (geofences) around your yard, farm, RV site, or campsite. If your dog crosses a boundary, you’ll receive an instant alert and can check live video or snapshots right away.

Built-In 2K HD Camera (Day & Night)

Unlike ordinary GPS collars, C10 integrates a 2K full-color camera for 24/7 live streaming, recording, and instant snapshots. When an alert triggers, review automatically captured photos or videos to understand what prompted the escape. Save footage to the included SD card or to the cloud.

Two-Way Audio & Training Modes

This Dog Training Collar with GPS Tracker lets you talk and listen through the built-in mic and speaker. Communicate in real-time or play pre-recorded voice commands. Train safely with three correction modes: vibration, voice, and adjustable static correction (1–16 levels).

How to Use FetchLink C10 User Manual

Charge the device
Use the original Type-C charger (DC 5V/3A). The green light stays on while charging and turns off when full. First charge is recommended before binding.

Download the App
Search “Waskame” in App Store / Google Play / Huawei AppGallery, install, and allow all permissions (storage, camera, microphone, location, notifications) for full features.

Register & Log In
Open the app → Register with your email → enter verification code → set password (≥8 characters) → log in. If email isn’t received, check Spam/Promotions. Supports Google/Apple login.

Power On the Collar
Short press the power button once — the blue light turns solid, meaning the device is on.

4 beeps = connected to network

2 beeps = waiting for connection

Bind the Device
In the app → Home → “Add Device” → keep phone still for ~30s → app searches nearby device → select your C10 to bind. If binding fails, short press power 3× to soft reset, wait for the blue light to become steady, then try again.

Set Safe Zones & Alerts
In app → Set Boundary → draw a fence on the map → save. If dog leaves, you get an alert and can open live video or snapshots to see what happened.

Use Camera & Two-Way Audio
Open device in app → tap live video → watch 2K stream → tap mic to talk → tap snapshot to capture → tap record to save. Store to SD or cloud.

Training / Behavior Correction (Use with Caution)
In app → select collar → choose mode: voice, vibration, or static. Start with lowest level. Each shock ≤ 0.5s, spacing ≥ 3 minutes, do not exceed recommended daily time. Do NOT use in water.

Maintenance
Wipe strap with a damp cloth, do not immerse device. Check collar fit weekly (puppies) or monthly (adults). Do not pull the dog with the smart collar — use a separate walking collar/harness.

Safety / Important Notes

Device is IP66: splash/rain/yard use is OK; do NOT let your dog swim with it or soak it.

Use ONLY the original charger to avoid battery issues.

Static correction should ALWAYS start from the lowest level.

Using the device in deep water may cause short circuit or pet injury.
