A: Yes. Create a Virtual Fence / Geo-fence in the app. Alerts trigger when the tracker enters/leaves the zone.

Q4: How long is the history record?

A: Up to 3 months of historical track (depends on platform/app settings).

Q5: Can family members access the tracker?

A: Yes. Add up to 7 guardian/family numbers for shared care (depending on app/platform).

Q6: What if the device is offline?

A: Please check SIM activation, data balance, APN settings, and local 2G coverage. Restart the device after changes.
