Quick Start

1. Charge the tracker fully before first use. Approximate charging time: 2 hours.
2. Press and hold the power button for about 3 seconds.
3. Install CoolPet from a supported app store, then register or sign in.
4. Scan the QR code/barcode on the tracker or enter the device ID manually.
5. Purchase and activate a CoolPet subscription plan.
6. For the first connection, place the tracker in an open outdoor area for about 3–6 minutes.
7. Secure the tracker to a compatible pet collar with the silicone buckle.

Important Use Notes

• GPS accuracy can decrease indoors, underground, near tall buildings, or around heavy obstructions.
• Geo-fence alerts depend on positioning and network communication and are not a physical containment system.
• Dry the tracker before charging. Avoid prolonged swimming or submersion.
• Actual battery use increases in weak GPS or cellular signal conditions.
